Former Pupils
Many of our Former Pupils have achieved success in various professional fields. These are always recorded on the school magazine. 90% of any Fifth/Sixth year go on to University or College education. Although Fernhill only opened in 1973 as a Secondary School, some of the girls from our first years at Fernhill now have sons and daughters of their own attending the Primary Department.

Pupil List
Wilma Dale
Wilma returned to Fernhill after graduating in English and History. She taught for a few years with us and then moved to America where she now lives in New York with her husband and baby daughter Charlotte. Recently Wilma has been setting up a new career for herself in photography.
Mhairi Mckay
This is Mhairi's fifth season as a professional golfer. She has world ranking in the top 30 and plays regulary in the L.P.G.A. and European Tours. She was a member of the Solheim Cup Team in September 2002 and came joint second in the South Korean Tournament in October 2002.
Melissa Forshaw
Melissa was appointed Assistant Concert Director in the Royal Opera House Covent Garden in November 2003.
Joanne McGregor
When Joanne left Fernhill in 2001 she went on to obtain an honours degree in Marketing and Spanish from Stathclyde University. Joanne now lives in Girona in Spain where she is currently developing her own online business.
